PARKING INFORMATION

• Free parking: one car per room
• Additional vehicles: £7 per day (subject to availability)
• Isles of Scilly long stay parking: £7 per day

For guest safety, CCTV is in operation at the front and rear of the property and in the reception area.

We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of personal belongings.

Check-out: by 10:00

Late or early arrivals must be arranged in advance.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

A non-refundable deposit equal to the first night’s stay is taken at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is charged 14 days prior to arrival.

For multiple night stays, separate deposits may apply.

Minimum stay requirements may apply during peak periods.

If cancelled within 14 days of arrival, the full balance may be charged if the room cannot be re-let.

We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Third-party bookings may include additional cancellation fees.
